There's nothing we did not do to remodel and prepare this Woodinville-area home for sale. It's essentially a house flip, and anything you see in these pictures (besides the furniture) is the work of PFI. Our crew did it all---the walls, the floors, the complete kitchen, the bathrooms, lighting, doors, and more! We even did some landscaping refreshing (not our specialty, but there's nothing that we won't do for our clients!

For this home, WE DID IT ALL! Changed walls, all the flooring, completed kitchen and bathroom remodels, including cabinetry and stone countertops.

We love this as a showcase to show that our services are unlimited! We can obviously change out and install new flooring alone--we do that most often. And flooring is one of the most transformative areas of a home renewal/remodel, but we can do much more and can add any remodel aspect to our project with you.

"Subfloor Leveling + Luxury Vinyl Flooring" (2023)

The subfloor (the plywood or concrete underneath) must be level in order for us to lay a brand new flooring. Instead of showing you the old floor that was here in this home, we wanted to show you how a liquid leveling solution (along with other methods of the trade) can get your subfloor properly prepared to protect your NEW FLOORING investment. Unlike many flooring companies we offer subfloor leveling service ourselves.

We then laid all new luxury vinyl flooring. Isn't it AMAZING how much they resemble natural hardwood flooring? If you don't know about the durability and performance of luxury vinyl, you should ask us today!
